With OSTRA’s support, a new TVU/ NUC Property Tax Rate Classification was established last year.   Without this, registered TVUs and NUCs would be taxed at the Hotel/ Resort Rate.  Rates for this new category will be decided in the coming months.  Please click on this link and input your approximate property value to analyze potential taxes for next year:
